Welcome to Fly Ridge.  I'm so glad you are here. I'm Kerry, the sole baker at Fly Ridge Bakes.  I started baking 15 years ago and haven't stopped yet. Baking is one of my many passions, and I most certainly love baking for others. 

 

All baked goods are made to order from scratch just for you. Absolutely everything from the salted caramel to the laminated dough to make delicious and flaky puff pastry.  All baked goods are 100% homemade, fresh, and crazy delicious.   I use high quality ingredients from King Arthur Flour and organic eggs and dairy to locally grown, organic fruit and veg when possible mainly from two local organic farms Athena's Harvest and The Farm and Fiddle.  Think lovely carrot cake, and absolutely delicious, and super moist chocolate zucchini cake.   Blueberries are hand picked on our small farm for morning pastries though our gorgeous blueberries may be limited depending on the time of the year.

I am a homeschooling mom of three, passionate about gardening, reading, and creating things by hand. I am a pediatric occupational therapist, lover of local history (Fly Back In History), and a self taught baker.
